Our sole aim is to provide our clients with all the relevant and up

to date information about all aspects of property investment in the form of training, books, reports and articles so that our clients can meet both their personal and business property investment requirements.

The company was originally launched in January 2006 as Zone 4 Business but in May 2007 we created a new website and re-launched as Zone 4 Property with the sole aim of providing property information and training services in the UK.

The company is owned and run by Grant Delmege, who has many years experience in property investment and property development. He has also been a successful land agent and property acquisition consultant and has worked with many large property development companies helping them acquire new development sites in and around the Southeast.
